Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you order for a company or another person, you must have authority to do so.

Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information. Keep account credentials secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity. Payment information should be provided through the checkout payment service, not by ordinary email.

Products, Descriptions, and Natural Variation

Refer to the individual product listing for dimensions, quantities, materials, included components, and stated uses. Kits include only the components specifically listed; project photographs may show additional materials or completed installations that are not included.

Natural salt varies in color, mineral patterns, texture, and translucency. Screen settings and lighting can also affect appearance. Any stated dimensional tolerances must be considered when planning an installation. Natural variation does not excuse supplying broken, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

We aim to provide accurate information and will correct identified errors. Changes to future listings do not retrospectively change the specifications agreed for an existing order.

Prices, Payments, and Promotions

Review the currency, price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges displayed at checkout or in an agreed written quotation before paying. Where a freight or project quote is required, the applicable charges must be confirmed before the order proceeds on those terms.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not automatically increase the price of an accepted order. Discount and free-shipping eligibility follows the conditions displayed with the offer.

You must use an authorized payment method. Additional payment schedules or deposits for a wholesale or custom order apply only when agreed in writing.

Order Acceptance, Errors, and Cancellation

An automated order-receipt email acknowledges your submission. We accept an order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, whichever happens first, subject to applicable law.

We may decline an order before acceptance for reasons such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment verification, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for canceled, unfulfilled items and associated charges.

If a material error is discovered after acceptance, we will contact you to resolve it consistently with your contractual and legal rights. We will not impose a higher price or materially different substitute without your agreement.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether it is still possible; dispatch can prevent us from stopping shipment. Dispatched orders follow the applicable return process, without limiting mandatory cancellation rights.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, processing estimates, delivery estimates, tracking, and freight arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Provide a delivery address that can receive the selected shipment and tell us about access restrictions, liftgate requirements, or appointment needs before freight arrangements are finalized. Additional charges must be disclosed and agreed where applicable.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed installation dates. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised period, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund options and obtain consent where required by law. Weather or carrier difficulties do not remove mandatory customer rights.

Contact us if a shipment is missing or damaged so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. These terms do not automatically transfer all loss risk to you when goods are handed to a carrier.

Returns, Refunds, and Delivery Issues

Return eligibility, request deadlines, shipping arrangements, and refund processing are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Contact us before dispatching a return so we can confirm instructions.

The policy applicable when your order was placed governs that order, subject to any later agreement and mandatory legal rights. Nothing here excludes remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods where the law provides them.

Project Estimates and Installation

Calculators, coverage figures, and general project guidance help with planning. Final quantities depend on actual dimensions, layout, joints, cuts, waste, and site conditions. A calculator result is not a fixed quotation unless confirmed as such in writing.

Unless expressly included in a written agreement, a product purchase does not include installation, engineering design, electrical work, permits, framing, or other construction services. Confirm the suitability of the products and supporting system for the intended project with an appropriately qualified professional.

Follow product and manufacturer instructions for adhesives, lighting, supports, storage, and care. Plan for the weight of the finished installation and the environmental conditions. Protect salt materials from direct water exposure. Sauna or spa use requires attention to the actual temperature and moisture limits of each component.

Do not assume decorative salt products are suitable for cooking, food contact, animal feeding, structural load-bearing use, or a particular electrical installation unless the specific product is described and supplied for that purpose. Do not assume a decorative salt wall will treat illness or purify indoor air.

These planning responsibilities do not remove our responsibility for defective products, inaccurate descriptions, or express commitments we make.

Wholesale and Custom Orders

We welcome inquiries from contractors, designers, resellers, and other commercial buyers. Wholesale availability, quantities, specifications, lead times, freight requirements, and any custom work must be confirmed for the particular order.

An expressly agreed written quotation or contract takes priority over these general terms only for the matters it specifically addresses, subject to applicable law. An inquiry alone does not reserve stock or establish a production schedule. Custom or wholesale orders are not automatically final sale under these terms; any special restrictions must be disclosed and agreed before purchase.

Website Content and Acceptable Use

Our branding, original text, graphics, and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use product information for personal shopping and legitimate project evaluation. Commercial reproduction of our protected materials requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Do not use the website for fraud, impersonation, malicious code, unauthorized access, infringement, or interference with its operation. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, subject to applicable law. Restricting website access does not cancel valid refund rights or our obligations for paid orders.

Reviews, Photos, and Project Submissions

You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting a review for public display, you give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display that review and its attached content in connection with the relevant product or review service. We may make formatting changes without changing its meaning.

Only submit material you have the right to share. We may remove spam, unlawful content, personal information, or content that infringes others’ rights. We do not prohibit or penalize honest negative reviews.

Private project plans, messages, and photos provided for support or quotations are not automatically licensed for advertising. We will request permission before using those private submissions in a public project showcase or marketing.

Third-Party Services and Website Availability

Payment services, external websites, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review those terms when using the services. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller of products you buy from us.

We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. We may perform maintenance or change website features, while preserving our obligations for existing purchases.

Warranties and Responsibility

Any express warranty provided for a product applies according to its disclosed terms. Applicable statutory warranties, guarantees, and remedies also continue to apply. These terms do not create a lifetime warranty or guarantee a particular health, design, or commercial outcome.

We are not responsible for loss to the extent it is caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or installation contrary to applicable instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise. This does not exclude liability for our own defective products, misleading statements, or other conduct for which responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

No provision of these terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be limited. Questions about a product’s warranty or suitability should be raised before purchase so we can provide the relevant information.

Questions and Disputes

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it promptly. Contacting us is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a statutory remedy or meeting a legal deadline.

Applicable law determines the rights and remedies available and the courts that may hear a dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right to bring a lawful complaint or claim. Mandatory protections available in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Changes and Interpretation

We may update these terms for future use and purchases and will revise the date shown above. Material changes will be communicated where required. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing order without a valid agreement or legal requirement.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive it.
