Shipping Policy: Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EDT (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day when possible.

     

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EDT or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

     

  • Orders are typically prepared within 0–1 business day before dispatch.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages to help speed up delivery times.

     

  • PO Boxes are not supported for UPS or Freight Line shipments.

United States (Domestic)

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • Shipping available to all 50 states, including Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and Puerto Rico (PR)

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, Freight Line

Canada

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after shipment (customs clearance may add additional time)

  • Carriers: FedEx International or UPS Standard

  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees

  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to Canadian orders

  • In-store or local pickup is not available for Canadian customers

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
