At Build Salt Wall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process a return. Please note that items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error. Additionally, items returned more than 30 days after delivery may also qualify for a partial refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days. If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, we recommend checking your bank account, contacting your credit card company, and reaching out to your bank, as processing times can vary. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of the return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for exchanged items to reach you can vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
