Because our products are cut from natural stone rather than molded or manufactured, very minor surface roughness or small edge imperfections can occasionally occur — this is completely normal for a 100% natural product. Our salt adhesive is specially formulated for natural salt products, not regular ceramic or stone tiles. It's transparent, so it dries clear without leaving visible marks, gaps, or discoloration around the edges of your salt tiles or bricks. Regular construction adhesives are often opaque or tinted, which can show through translucent salt tiles, especially when backlit — something our adhesive is specifically designed to avoid.
