A 6 × 6-foot wall has an area of 36 sq ft. Multiplying 36 by 4.5 gives 162 tiles before allowances. With an illustrative 5% allowance, 162 × 1.05 = 170.1, so round up to 171 tiles. This is a planning example, not a universal waste recommendation. Check the layout and available pack combinations before ordering.

A 100-pack and a 70-pack total 170 tiles; adding one single tile brings that total to 171. A 200-pack provides more spare material. Compare current product prices and adhesive inclusions instead of assuming that the largest pack or any one combination is always the lowest-cost choice.
