Every tile in this collection is listed at 8 × 4 × 1 inches. Its broad face measures 32 square inches, equivalent to approximately 0.222 square feet. That means 4.5 tile faces per square foot before cutting allowance. The 1-inch measurement is the depth of the tile, not an additional coverage dimension.

Each standard 8 × 4 × 1-inch pink salt tile weighs approximately 2.9 lb. A 100-tile order weighs approximately 290 lb before packaging, adhesive, backing and lighting. Use the total material weight when planning delivery and the supporting assembly.

Use the table as a starting point for comparing pack quantities. Coverage is based on nominal tile faces placed together. It does not include extra tiles for cuts, breakage, pattern matching or changes to your design.

To estimate an order, multiply wall width by height in feet, multiply by 4.5, then apply your chosen allowance and round up to a whole tile. For example, a 6 × 6-foot area needs 162 tile faces before allowance, or 171 tiles with a 5% allowance. Confirm edge cuts, openings and the final layout before selecting packs.

Choose plain tile packs or adhesive bundles

Plain packs and bundles with salt adhesive are listed separately. Check the product title and included-components details before purchasing. For example, the listed 20-tile adhesive bundle includes one adhesive, while the 100-tile adhesive bundle includes three. Other quantities and plain tile packs are available.

The number of adhesive containers supplied with a bundle does not establish the quantity required for every wall. Salt tiles or salt bricks?

These pink salt tiles have a 1-inch profile. Our Himalayan salt bricks are the alternative to explore for a 2-inch profile. When both products have an 8 × 4-inch face, their nominal face coverage is the same; depth changes the profile and the installation design, not the area of that face.
