Build Salt Wall has a 30-day refund policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EDT (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EDT or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are typically prepared within 0–1 business day before dispatch.
- Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
- PO Boxes are not supported for UPS or Freight Line shipments.
