Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 0–1 business day.
- U.S. delivery: Typically 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Canada delivery: Typically 3–5 business days after shipment; customs processing may require additional time.
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
- Large or bulk orders may ship via freight.
- Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns are accepted within 15 calendar days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
- After your return arrives, we will inspect it and email you the approval decision. Once we approve your refund, you should receive the amount within 3–5 days. This period starts on the refund approval date and does not include return transit or inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, except for eligible gift returns described below.
- If an accepted return is incomplete or has damage not caused by our error or an original delivery defect, a partial refund may apply. We will explain the reason and amount of any adjustment. Late returns accepted as an exception may also qualify for a partial refund. These provisions do not limit mandatory customer rights.

Product Description
This 4 × 3 ft Himalayan salt wall panel kit provides 12 square feet of nominal tile coverage. Its landscape proportions suit a framed wall feature above a console or behind a small reception counter.
The pack includes 54 Himalayan pink salt tiles, three salt adhesives, and 14 feet of LED lighting. The four-foot span creates a noticeable backdrop while leaving space for artwork, cabinetry, or painted wall around it.
A straight arrangement of six tiles across and nine rows high measures 48 × 36 inches before joints. All 54 tiles are used in that layout, so additional pieces should be ordered if you need a cutting or spare allowance.

Can I install it in a sauna like the image shows?
The image does not establish sauna suitability. Have the complete assembly assessed for temperature, humidity, heater clearances, and component ratings before specifying that use.

How do I clean the tiles?
Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid wet cleaning and protect the panel from moisture.
