Build Salt Wall has a 30-day refund policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
At Build Salt Wall, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped promptly. All qualifying orders received by 2:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
